About The Role

Caledonia Water Alliance is a partnership between AECOM and Morrison Water Services, together we support the delivery of the Scottish Water Capital Investment programme, we are responsible for delivery of the water infrastructure programme pan Scotland. We are recruiting for a Site Agent to join our team.
As our next Site Agent, you’ll be instrumental in driving the safe and efficient delivery of our wastewater and water infrastructure projects in the East of Scotland. This role is crucial in ensuring that our major water contracts run smoothly and to budget.
This role requires an individual who is dedicated to upholding the highest standards of safety and quality.
Working with a team of skilled professionals, you'll be responsible for ensuring that all sites are compliant with company policy. Your day to day activities will include undertaking site safety audits, managing subcontract packages, and liaising with project teams.
As a Site Agent, you are motivated by the opportunity to lead a team and ensure the successful delivery of critical infrastructure projects. Your remit is to manage the construction programme, oversee subcontractor work, and maintain a positive relationship with local communities.
The Key Requirements...

- Civil engineering degree or similar qualification or equivalent practical experience
- Management experience within the construction industry
- Current Driving License
- Appropriate level of IT skills
- SHEA Water (preferred)
