To assist in the day-to-day operation of a busy kitchen in a tradition village pub.
Need to have at least one years experience in a kitchen using good knife skills and common sense. Training will be given. Duties include, preparation, stock rotation, assisting the chefs. Also, cleaning and keeping the kitchen areas tidy at all times
