We are looking for experienced administrators to join us as soon as possible. The roles that you will cover will be:
- Comply with departmental processes and procedures (using the ELMS system for sales order processing, service user account creation, client searches etc)
- Process and communicate incomplete sales orders
- Stock query investigation
- Processing and communication of the out of stock process
- Demonstrate effective communication to service users and prescribers
- Process written service requisitions/referrals from professionals
- Ensure filing is maintained and kept up to date as directed by the Team Leader
- Make sure that the delivery, collection and maintenance confirmation/posting routines are completed when needed
- Deal with costumer complaints
- Ensure that telephone queries
To be considered for this role, you must have the below:
Experience working in a customer service environment
Excellent communication skills both on the telephone and face-to-face
Keyboard skills and data entry
Experience working in a busy office environment
Experience dealing with the general public on a daily basis
Excellent administration skills
This is a temp to perm role.
The working days are Monday to Friday, working from 09:00 - 17:00.
The rate of pay is £11.70 per hour. Please apply with your CV attached.
