Your Role as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional service levels at all times
• Assist existing clients with their daily recruitment needs
• Identify and engage with potential new clients
• Drive towards and surpass targets
• Source top-quality candidates through various means, including job boards, headhunting, and social media
• Stay updated on market trends and translate them into effective sales strategies
About You
• Prior proven experience in a sales or customer service role
• Demonstrated ability to exceed targets and objectives
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
What We Offer
• A competitive salary ranging from £24,000 to £28,000 per annum, with a generous commission structure and additional employee benefits
• 20 days of annual leave (with increases based on length of service), your birthday off, and bank holidays

Working hours are Monday to Friday, from 08:30 to 17:00, at our office in Walsall.
