Crynodeb
To assist the GPs/AHP/ANPs and Practice Nurse team in the service delivery and management of patients. To abide by practice policies and procedures. Always maintain patients privacy and dignity and provide an appropriate level of care in a compassionate and sensitive manner. Be part of a forward-thinking practice contributing and assisting in areas of audit and evidence-based practice development. Develop and maintain nursing competencies in physical assessment skills to maintain high quality and safe care. The post holder will be expected to contribute to general house-keeping duties within the practice, such as general tidiness, maintain infection control standards, re-stock levels are met and maintained and any clinical equipment that is used is clean, working and stored correctly. Assist with admin and clerical duties as required.
