Your new role
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective lessons in accordance with the KS1 curriculum.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports the academic and personal development of all students
- Use a variety of teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of students
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing regular feedback to students, parents and colleagues.
- Manage classroom behaviour effectively, maintaining a safe and supportive learning environment.
- Participate in school events and meetings
What you'll need to succeed
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Experience teaching in a KS1 setting
- Strong knowledge of the KS1 curriculum
- Excellent classroom management
- Ability to inspire and motivate young learners
