An exciting opportunity has arisen in the Haemostasis and Thrombosis Department at Guys and St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust. The H&T Senior Sister post is a dynamic role, which encompasses the supervision of the department on a day to day basis and direct patient contact in both the Anticoagulation Clinic and the Haemophilia and Thrombosis Centre, with working hours of Monday-Friday predominantly 9 am-5 pm.
There is the opportunity to apply for flexible working in this role. As a dedicated Haemophilia Comprehensive Care Centre and an award winning anticoagulation and thrombosis department, you will have access to clinical experts that are happy and willing to support you with your career journey in our department.

The duties and responsibilities of the Senior Sister role in Haemostasis and Thrombosis includes supporting the nursing and multidisciplinary workforce in delivering high standards of clinical leadership, and excellent standard of patient care.
Leading the team in adhering to areas of compliance and governance. Provide leadership, support and guidance to staff in monitoring the planning and delivering of patient care.
