We aim for our children at St Anne’s Catholic Primary School to be happy, confident and respectful. Our children are nurtured and educated from their first day, until they leave us for the next stage in their educational journey. We provide our children with a broad, balanced and high-quality curriculum, which we review and evaluate regularly.
The Governors of St Anne’s are looking to appoint a highly motivated, enthusiastic administrator, with strong organisational and communication skills, to join our busy administration team. The successful candidate will be professional and committed to providing a welcoming and efficient service for our school.
Duties include;

Reception duties, answering the telephone and
face to face enquiries, and signing visitors in and out
·
To provide routine clerical support, eg.
photocopying, filing, emails
·
To assist in the production and distribution of
correspondence, including the School Newsletter
·
To be involved with the management of the
‘Parentpay’ system
·
To use the school App ‘PA Connect’
·
To update the school social media accounts
·
To process purchase requisitions, orders and
invoices for payment














·
To input new details into SIMS and keep SIMS
updated


Training
Your full role and responsibilities will be set out by your employer. St Anne's will provide you with all of the on-the-job training you need to up-skill in your role, and your 20% off-the-job learning will be incorporated as part of your working day.
You will be working towards the Business Admin L3 apprenticeship standard, which includes:
• Knowledge, Skills and Behaviours
• Business Admin L3 Apprenticeship Standard
• Functional skills in Maths and English if required
This will be delivered through St Anne's dedicated training provider, Realise.
Realise is an established training provider that’s enjoying an exciting period of growth following a management buyout and rebrand in late 2020.


Qualifications required


Achieved/predicted GCSE English and Maths grade 4 and above
Must be able to complete Level 3 Business Administration apprenticeship standard

Ability to use IT including Microsoft Office
