As a Repairs Co-ordinator at Longhurst Group, you will play a crucial role in assisting the Repairs team to oversee our responsive and void repairs service, ultimately ensuring that our homes are maintained to the highest standard. Further key responsibilities are listed below:
Administrative responsibilities including - raising orders, variations and purchase orders.
Communicating effectively and professionally with customers to keep them informed of works and support any comments or concerns to resolution.
Prepare documentation for meetings including the agenda, minutes of the meetings, project progress documents and summary reports.
Monitor closed complaints and commitments on our dashboard to ensure full completion.
Log tenant’s requests for improvements and coordinate permission responses.
In order to be successful in application for our Repairs Co-ordinator role, you will have previous experience in providing excellent customer service and have a strong background in administrative duties.
Our Repairs Co-ordinator role operates in a hybrid capacity contracted to 36.25 hours per week. To us, this means a minimum of 1 day p/week spent in either our Rushden or Peterborough offices for collaboration with colleagues across the Group, with the remainder of the week working from home (subject to business needs - we are open to discussion around how this is built into working weeks). A large portion of our Responsive Repairs team also work in a hybrid nature, meeting in the Rushden or Peterborough office on a regular basis.
