What skills and experience we're looking for
You will work under the direction of the phase leader, class teacher and Inclusion Manager.We are looking for an excellent learning support assistant who can:
• Tailor support to the specific needs of pupils.
• Build a very good relationship with the children, parents and staff.
• Help promote high expectations and enthusiasm for learning.
• Be a positive member of the school team.
• Deliver interventions.
• Nurture our pupils to support their emotional, health and wellbeing.

Elloughton Primary School are seeking a positive, hardworking and skilled individuals to join our dedicated and innovative team of staff, we currently have one vacancy in Year 1 and one in Year 6 to commence September 2024.
