Grade: 5 - SCP 13 – 23
Hours: 36 hours per week - all year round
Contract: permanent
Holiday: equivalent of 32 days holiday per annum pro-rated (inclusive of bank holidays)
Pension: 21.6% employer’s contribution

The Park Federation Academy Trust is a community-focused Multi-Academy Trust. It was established in September 2012. It presently has eight primary academies: Cranford Park Academy, Wood End Park Academy, Lake Farm Park Academy, which are based in Hayes, Middlesex. West Drayton Academy, based in West Drayton, Middlesex. Montem Academy, James Elliman Academy, Western House Academy and The Godolphin Junior Academy are based in Slough.
This is an exciting opportunity to become part of our highly professional, friendly team. We are looking to appoint a full time member of staff who has a “can do” attitude and is flexible, practical, pro-active, energetic and diligent to support our existing teams in delivering excellent service.
Your duties will include ensuring statutory compliance as well as leading an assistant and cleaners in providing excellent service. The successful applicant will have strong facilities management skills as well as people leadership. You will report to the Estates Manager and the Principal.
The post is for 36 hours per week, there is flexibility on how the hours are spread across the day with the working day potentially starting at 06.45am and ending at 6.30pm. Some out-of-hours or additional working hours may be required and extra hours are negotiable for the right candidates. The position will be based at Montem Academy and at times, the individual may have to work across the Trust. On occasion, you may be required to deputise for the Head of Estates or work across the Trust.
