What skills and experience we're looking for



We are looking for an Inclusion Administrative Assistant to start September 2024. The successful candidate will be a strong team player, with good organisational skills and be prepared to respond positively to the challenges of day-to-day school life as an Inclusion Administrative Assistant to the Assistant Headteacher for Inclusion.

What we are looking for

• Have administrative experience and a sound understanding of Word, Excel and use of database systems
• Highly organised and able to work under pressure
• The ability to communicate professionally both orally and in writing to a range of key stake-holders
• Be able to keep accurate records and data
• Experience of working in school setting
• Be dynamic, enthusiastic and motivated
• Be able to develop an understanding of the educational, welfare and social needs of the children whom we are supporting
• Be enthusiastic and committed to working as part of a team
• Be a confident and clear communicator.
• Have GCSE Maths and English Grade C or above
• Be able to develop positive relationships with young children
• Be able to stay calm and objective when presented with unusual or challenging behaviour

The Details:

Hours: Permanent – 30 hours a week – 8.30am – 3.00pm

Salary: GLF Specialist - Actual Salary £17726.20

Start Date:September 2024
