Ordering and monitoring ward stock and necessary items through finance and procurement system. Scanning documents to the Electronic Patient Record to ensure clinical objectives are met. Gathering ward data to handover in operational and clinical meetings. Managing phone activity in staff office and communicating messages to the appropriate staff member. Assisting management team in the collation of information to meet clinical and operational objectives such as audit and ward improvement. Manage ward post and ensure this reaches the appropriate staff member.
