Strategy and Service Development Review and where possible identify areas of improvement opportunities to ensure a responsive and consistent quality patient meal service within policy and required legislation. Financial Resources/Management To work within the constraints of an identified and specific catering budget. Maintain cost effective stock control and catering ordering system. Information Resources/Information Systems To ensure all required information systems are accurately maintained within required time constraints. Autonomy/Scope within Role To instruct and routinely supervise lower grades of Catering Staff when required Works to the required food hygiene legislation in all aspects of service provision and works to the guidance and management of the locality lead. Works to trust policies and procedures.
