About the role:
If you are customer focused and want to make a difference ,we have an exciting opportunity in Housing services for the role of Tenant Voice Manager.
You will have responsibility for developing and embedding our revised Tenant Engagement approaches and optimising new opportunities for tenant involvement, ensuring that the diverse needs of the community are met.
You will be responsible for ensuring that the tenant voice is at the heart of service design and delivery whilst facilitating inclusive engagement events and activities across the Borough.
You will provide guidance, direction and support and expertise to Service Leads and have best practice knowledge of customer engagement and the regulatory requirements for social housing providers.
You will ensure that we provide a range of opportunities and incentives for involvement.
You will work with involved tenants to support training and scrutiny of housing services and performance and that tenant feedback is acted upon and used to improve services and tenant satisfaction.
You will also be responsible for the development, implementation, and review of performance measures for all aspects of tenant engagement and service standards to ensure that we continue to provide transparency.
