Crynodeb
We are looking to a recruit a dynamic, patient centred Dementia and Neurodiversity Transformation Programme Manager to work for the Lincolnshire ICB. It is an exciting time to join us and help shape our response to the key areas of Dementia and Neurodiversity, supporting the delivery of our Autism, Dementia strategies and Neurodiversity pathways. This role is to support the Head of MH Transformation responsible for oversight of Strategic transformation functions of the ICB supporting the delivery of key national indicators and you will be able to shape delivery of both ICB and provider delivered services. This role is to progress the development and delivery of strategy and pathway transformation across the Integrated Care System. You will need to be an experienced programme manager with a track record of delivering and supporting transformation across complex systems for people with Mental Health, Dementia and/or Neurodiversity conditions and have an in-depth knowledge of commissioning acquired through post graduate diploma or equivalent experience or training, plus further specialist knowledge or experience to masters level equivalent.
