Crynodeb
To work and support with ENT, Maxillofacial and Thyroid cancer patients. To provide a quality service for H&N cancer patients To take the key worker responsibility for a caseload of patients requiring specialist nursing care and support. To provide support to other staff in clinic or ward, ensuring the provision of high quality care in the most efficient and safe manner in accordance with Directorate and Hospital policies and procedures To support band 7 CNS in setting up nurse led clinics , service improvement, conducting surveys, contributing to annual report and in the smooth running of the service To support patients and families affected by H&N Cancer To work closely with other health care providers including wider oncology, District Nurses, GPs, Palliative team. Post holder will be expected to see patients in clinic, ward and occasionally may require home visit. Please see Job Description for details
