Job Title - Night Concierge
Location - Chapter House, Sandwell
Salary - £11.44 per hour
Contract type - Permanent
Working hours - Part Time 27 hours per week
About the role
We are looking for a Night Concierge worker to join the team at our Sandwell Supported Housing Service in West Bromwich. Working 3 nights per week over 7 days.
The post holder will assist in providing Health and Safety nighttime cover to vulnerable adults as well as maintaining a high level of security to our building. The post also requires that you manage, clean and maintain our void properties throughout the service to a good lettable standard. You will Work within GSA`s philosophy of care and support, demonstrating understanding and commitment to the rights of people within this client group
On a daily basis, the post-holder will be responsible for other weekly duties will include:
Monitoring and recording all interactions with clients
Conduct and complete daily Health and Safety checks
Complete Health and Safety reports
Stock check and keep inventories for all client welcome Packs
Please note that if you are successful in this role, we will require a DBS check to be completed. Further details will be sent following offer.
