Level 3 Nursery Practitioner/ Room LeaderExperienced Nursery practitioner required to join family friendly team in Kiddicare nursery in Pinner.Our Ideal Candidate Will:Must Hold a relevant Level 3 or above in childcareHave 1 year childcare experience working in a nursery settingBe energetic and funHave a real love and drive for working with and educating childrenHave a good understanding of the EYFS and SafeguardingBe happy to up-skill and improve their learningBelieve in building strong Parent Partnerships to provide cohesive learning to our childrenThe Role Involves:Ensuring all children under our care feel engaged and supportedMaintaining the highest standards when implementing safeguardingEnsuring the EYFS is implemented and applied to all learningTo ensure our children have fun and a stimulating environmentPromoting and upholding Health & Safety for children, staff and visitorsEnsuring SEND is implemented, promoted and appliedSet up age appropriate activitiesHave key children completing observation and ensure records are up to dateAttend parents evening, staff and team meetingsCommunicate with children, parents and staff membersTo work on own initiativePlease email for further details
