Job Description
Based at Angus House, Orchardbank Business Park, Forfar.
This job is workstyle 4 - Flexi.
You will have the opportunity to benefit from our flexible and agile working practices. This means you will work from a variety of locations, working from council buildings, working in service user’s locations and site visits and you can work from home to best suit your work, meetings and collaboration.
An opportunity has arisen for a qualified Food Safety Officer to join the Food and Safety team within Angus Council.
The post holder will be responsible for carrying out all Food Law duties including inspections, sampling, handling of complaints and providing business advice working closely alongside the Environmental Health Officers in the team.
