As a Practice Accountant, you will be providing client-focused accounting services with direct client interaction and varied responsibilities.
Duties:
- Act as the primary client contact, delivering high-quality accounting services.
- Prepare accounts and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
- Assist in VAT, corporation tax, and personal tax returns.
- Maintain accurate bookkeeping records and prepare management accounts.
- Manage payroll processes and ensure regulatory compliance.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years' experience in an accountancy practice.
- ACCA part or fully qualified.
- Knowledge of UK accounting principles and tax regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, especially Excel.
- Experience in a client-facing role is essential.
