Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver lessons to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
- Adapt teaching methods to meet the individual needs of SEN students
- Manage challenging behaviour effectively
- Work collaboratively with SENCO and other staff members to support student progress
- Provide a safe and inclusive learning environment for all students
Requirements:
- Degree in Education or relevant field
- Previous experience working with SEN students
- Demonstrated ability to manage behaviour effectively
- Strong understanding of Special Educational Needs (SEN) practices
- Excellent communication skills
- Patience and resilience when working with challenging behaviours
- Sense of humour to engage students effectively
- Additional certifications in Special Education
- Training in behaviour management techniques

All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role. All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position, with the potential for a permanent offer based on performance.
