Salary: £27,281 - £29,426
Hours of Work: 35 hours per week
The Role:
As a Building Defects Administrator, you will support our Building Defects and Disrepair Team to deliver a first-class repairs service. You will liaise with customers, external agencies, contractors, and other teams daily. Responsibilities include raising works on our systems, coordinating with contractors, providing regular updates on repairs, maintaining systems, preparing documentation, and collating data.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver excellent customer service by liaising with internal and external stakeholders
• Raise works on our systems and coordinate with contractors
• Provide regular updates on works and repairs to customers
• Maintain systems and prepare necessary documentation
• Coordinate the collation of data as required
