Sports and Fitness Assistant
To commence Autumn 2024 term
We are looking for a highly motivated Sports and Fitness Assistant to assist the Director of Sport in the day to day provision and delivery of sporting and fitness activities to both Prep and Senior pupils, staff and the public.
The successful candidate will help to create a high energy and vibrant atmosphere within the Sports Centre and promote a successful and exciting games and fitness programme. They will help to ensure the safety of pupils, staff and visitors, and the security and maintenance of the equipment and the building.
The school is set in delightful grounds, and Dorset offers an excellent environment in which to live and work.
This permanent role is 38.25 contractual hours, averaged over a 2 week rota, term time only plus 4 weeks to be worked in the school holidays for training; a competitive salary and attractive benefits are provided for the successful candidate.
