- This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced sourcing and recruitment professional to join a well-established team
- You'll help us recruit for a variety of roles and thrive in a supportive team, while you use a range of sourcing tools to find the right talent
- This role is available for a 12 month period
What you'll do
In your new role, you’ll find and contact external candidates to fulfil a variety of roles, mainly in the technology, data and analytics, and digital markets. Working with Talent Acquisition Consultants, you’ll get an in-depth understanding of each position, and develop an effective sourcing strategy to find, approach and engage potential candidates.
You’ll also be:
- Finding external talent using the range of tools at your disposal, including LinkedIn and CV databases
- Providing an exceptional candidate experience and making sure they're fully supported throughout the recruitment process
- Proactively building a pipeline of candidates for future roles
- Using market intelligence and insights to help influence stakeholder discussions, and shape sourcing strategies
The skills you'll need
You'll need sourcing and recruitment experience of the technology, digital, data and analytics markets, either within an agency or in-house. You should also have an understanding of the recruitment lifecycle. Importantly, you'll put the candidate at the heart of everything you do, demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively with others, and be able to build trust and credibility.
You’ll also need:
- An in depth knowledge of sourcing tools, techniques and strategies
- A proven track record of successful delivery
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
