To be successful in this role, you will need: Professional qualification such as a degree or equivalent in Occupational Therapy Current registration with the HCPC Evidence of relevant postgraduate courses / CPD and reflective practice relevant to clinical speciality Substantial relevant post-qualification experience covering a broad range Experience working within a relevant specialist area Experience in interdisciplinary working Experience of supervising junior staff, assistants and students Experience in independently managing a clinical caseload Experience in contributing to audit and evaluation within a clinical governance framework Experience in a range of caseload management and prioritisation systems Experience within specialism underpinned by theory and specific therapeutic knowledge Experience in using assessment tools relevant to the client group To be able to demonstrate competency in a range of clinical skills Please see the attached supporting documents for a detailed job description and main responsibilities.
