Martinshaw Primary School require enthusiastic and dedicated Learning Support Assistants in KS2 to join our friendly and hardworking team.
School: Martinshaw Primary School, Groby
Start Date: Thursday 22nd August 2024.
Salary: Grade 5 point 7-8 £23,118- £23,505 pro rata
Contract: Fixed term basis – 1 year. Hours of work will be 26.5 hours - 8.30am – 3.15pm (five days a week)

The successful candidate will work with whole classes, small groups, and SEN pupils.
The role of LSA within the school is an important and rewarding role, it provides vital support to those students who need it and the opportunity to access learning as part of the usual school day. We are looking to appoint a well-motivated; flexible; and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about providing high quality provision to our pupils and support to the Teachers within the school.
We are looking for:
A talented person who will work with our primary school;
A caring and nurturing practitioner who will embrace our motto ‘Succeeding together’;
A person who is passionate about working with children and improving their education and life-chances
A hard working and enthusiastic individual with good ICT skills;
A team player who has good communication and interpersonal skills;
An individual with a wide range of skills and talents.

The successful applicant will need to undertake an enhanced disclosure via the DBS. We will also be carrying out a Prohibited List Check.
