Fixed Term Maternity Cover until May 2025
Rugby Borough Council is looking to recruit an enthusiastic and customer focused Housing Officer into their Housing Services team for a fixed term until January 2025 to cover maternity leave.
The successful candidate will provide patch-based housing management and tenancy and estates management support to the housing service team in order to enable our tenants to succeed and sustain their tenancy. Ideally, you will possess a good working knowledge, sustainment and enforcement experience and understanding around all aspects of housing management and legislation that underpins it.
The successful candidate will work on both proactive and reactive service delivery. The ideal candidate will take a flexible and holistic approach to ensuring we assist our customers in sustaining their tenancy.
