KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
1. To deliver a quality, varied and up to date programme for Gym users
2. To keep all required equipment in good working order and provide a clean and
well maintained area
3. In conjunction with the Operations Team look at ways to increase user numbers
and look to provide facilities based on customer demands
4. To be responsible for dealing with license requirements, purchasing of new
music, training requirements and arranging cover when required
5. Actively work to hold quarterly workshops and any training sessions within the
facility
6. Keep an accurate record of all user attendance figures and income for the said
use and identify any changes required
7. To assist with the implementation of quality scheme currently being promoted
within the facility
8. To assist in the delivery of the Company’s Role Model Behaviours
9. To ensure that the department runs in accordance with the NOP, EAP, PPE and
any external licences and legislation requirements
10. To deliver the highest possible customer service
11. To ensure that the level of cleanliness and hygiene meets the quality of
standards prior to, during and following operational hours
12. To ensure all equipment is kept in good working order and operates safely at all
times
13. To attend training or assist taking training regularly and when requested to do
so, attend meetings
14. To ensure you fully understand the requirements for all classes/duties and report
any issues for future consideration at meetings
