Crynodeb
Ward Security is on the lookout for a Front of House Security Officer, who will work at our client’s premises at 50 Finsbury Square. This newly refurbished building will provide c.121,800 sq ft of offices arranged over lower ground, ground and seven upper floors together with a terrace on the 6th floor and a further pavilion and extensive roof terrace on the 8th floor overlooking Finsbury Square.
The ideal candidate will possess the skills to deliver an effective and efficient service to the client.
Position: FOH Security Officer
Pay rate: £13.50 per hour
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday
Location: 50 Finsbury Square, London EC2A 1HD
Must have:
• Valid frontline SIA licence
• Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front of the House Officer, or similar role (min 1year)
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Administration skills
• Surveillance skills and detail orientation
• IT literate- Ability to operate detecting systems and emergency equipment
• First Aid trained
Duties:
As a Front of House Security Officer you will be the access control to the building meeting and greeting visitors, contractors and staff, you will be vigilant and be the first point of call for any suspicious activity. Within this you will carry out ID checks, respond to emergencies and provide Information to all staff and visitors.
Interacting with visitors, occupiers and client is essential. Pro active attitude and ownership of actions will be a critical part of the role.
You will need to have lots of customer service and excellent personal presentation, as these sites can be very busy, dealing with members of the public, patrolling and potential Front of House duties as required.
