SEN Teaching Assistant

Location: Barking and Dagenham | Pay: £95 - £105 per day | Contract: Temp to Perm | Hours: 8:30 - 4:00 | ASAP Start

LTF Recruitment are seeking a compassionate and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team in Barking and Dagenham. This role is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about working with students with special educational needs and is committed to making a positive impact on their lives.

The Role

As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will be responsible for providing one-on-one support to students with special educational needs. You will work closely with the teacher to plan and deliver lessons, monitor student progress, and provide feedback to parents and carers. You will also assist with administrative tasks such as record keeping and report writing.

The Candidate

The ideal candidate will have experience working with students with special educational needs, excellent communication skills, and a positive attitude. You should be patient, caring, and able to work well as part of a team. A relevant qualification such as a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent is desirable, but not essential.
