Job Title: Assistant Head Sommelier

The club features luxurious decor, sports facilities, bars, and multiple renowned restaurants. Their flagship restaurant, which operates at a Michelin-star level, is currently seeking an Assistant Head Sommelier to join their acclaimed team.
Assistant Head Sommelier Benefits:
• £18.69 per hour + annual club bonus.
• 40 hour contract, hourly paid overtime.

Assistant Head Sommelier Requirements:
• They are seeking an Assistant Head Sommelier with a pedigree in working at five-star luxury hotels or fine dining restaurants.
• A passionate Assistant Head Sommelier is needed who can curate wine lists, train staff, and deliver an exceptional customer experience to all guests.
• The ideal candidate should have a stable employment history and preferably hold a Level 3 WSET qualification.
