We provide such an important service for those patients with medical conditions which mean they can't get to their appointments any other way and being thanked for getting them there makes me feel like I'm doing something really worthwhile." Sometimes I need to give a clearer explanation of the manual handling task that we are about to complete - but I find it rewarding to be able to support patients with complex mobility needs to and from the hospital."
