We are seeking a dedicated Home Care Assistant to provide support in a home setting.
We're hiring ASAP in Swanage, Dorset BH19. Looking for a compassionate individual to assist a lovely couple. The visits will be 3 times a day (morning, after and tea) for a total of 2 hours a day (14 hours a week). Competitive salary and employee benefits!
Requirements:
✅ Previous care experience
✅ DBS
✅ Car preferred but not essential if you’re local
❌ No sponsorship available

Duties:
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and staff members
- Support with general home care duties
- Maintain a clean organised living environment
Requirements:
- Experience in domiciliary care or similar environment is preferred
- Ability to follow care plans and instructions accurately
- Valid driver's license
- Proficiency in English for clear communication
- Compassionate and patient demeanor when assisting clients
