About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Commercial Manager to join our clients Contracts Management team based in Northern Ireland. This role offers a unique opportunity to be involved in the successful delivery of a collaborative, open-book bespoke £100M Target cost gas construction and maintenance contract.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and manage the commercial and accounts team.
- Assess and process sub-contract applications and onboard new sub-contractors.
- Provide weekly, monthly, and ad hoc commercial reports, including monthly CVRs.
- Manage key relationships with clients to deliver successful outcomes for all stakeholders.
- Prepare cost estimates and optimise cash flow to ensure timely payments.
- Prepare monthly and final applications for payment.
- Accurately forecast, monitor, and report project costs and values.
- Develop and support a diverse and talented team
- Foster an inclusive workplace, encouraging diversity of thought, backgrounds, and experience.
What We're Looking For:
This role is ideal for you if you:
- Have strong Quantity Surveying experience.
- Possess excellent IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office and Excel.
- Have experience in a client-facing role.
- Hold a valid driving license.
