As a Senior Marketing Lead within Mitie's Group Marketing team, your mission is clear: drive the marketing strategy and execution for Mitie's Projects division. This dynamic area of our business focuses on building refurbishment, fit-outs, infrastructure upgrades, and energy-efficient transformations.

Here's what you'll do:

Collaborate and Partner: Work closely with Mitie Projects leadership and sales teams to develop a trusted partnership between marketing and the business.

Strategic Planning: Create a marketing strategy and plan that drives brand awareness and lead generation for Mitie Projects. We're the market-leading principal contractor in the UK, specialising in decarbonisation and transforming the built environment.

Insight-Driven Campaigns: Leverage customer, market, and competitor insights to build impactful strategies and campaigns.

Compelling Communication: Develop a comprehensive portfolio of marketing materials that effectively communicates Mitie Projects' value proposition, capabilities, and unique selling points.

Multi-Channel Lead Generation: Collaborate with agencies and marketing colleagues to deliver multi-channel lead generation campaigns. Think email marketing, digital outreach, social media, and events—all aimed at driving new business opportunities for the Projects division.

Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor and analyse marketing performance. Adapt your approach based on measured results, market trends, and competitor activities.

Business Alignment: Ensure Projects marketing and business objectives are met. Regularly communicate with the Projects Executive Committee and Marketing Senior Leadership Team.

Budget Management: Develop and manage the division's marketing budget. Use data-driven insights to optimise resources and boost ROI.

Thought Leadership: Offer expertise on marketing and industry trends relevant to the Projects division. Be a resource and advocate for best practices across the company.

Our ideal candidate will be a key player contributing to the company's growth, you'll embody professionalism, clear thinking, and a positive attitude under pressure.

Here's what we're looking for:

-Proven track record in a similar mid to senior marketing role.

-Significant B2B marketing experience, demonstrating an understanding of buying behaviours and techniques relevant to B2B buyers. Knowledge of the construction or property industry and/or ESG is advantageous.

-Demonstrable experience working with senior stakeholders, including board executives.

-Commercially focused, with a track record of delivering quantifiable returns through marketing campaigns and initiatives.

-Your written communication creates impact and resonates with the target audience.

-You're proactive, detail-oriented, and excel in project management and creative problem-solving.
