As our Maxxima team grows, we have an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Coordinator, who will play a vital role in building relationships with brands in the wider Acacium Group and ensure the fulfilment of recruitment needs from our external clients.
You will assist with staffing shortages for clinical roles including Consultants, Nurses, and Allied Health Professionals, attending daily meetings regarding current rota gaps and contracts due to go live, and cascading roles to the supply chain.
Every day you will...
Coordinate shift placements within group and external agencies ensuring the mobilisation team are kept up to date.
Regular email and phone communication with supply chain contacts to ensure a proactive approach, building strong stakeholder relationships.
Conduct reviews of compliance with regulatory process and procedures, where required action plans to be documented, implemented, and tracked to closure.
Maintain accurate, up-to-date trackers and CRM to demonstrate progress and action plans.

Previous experience in agency recruitment, with knowledge of MSP services and healthcare being deliverables
The ability to work to targets, with strong negotiation skills whilst working in a fast-moving environment
The ablity to prioritise workload, demonstrating knowledge of compliance processes
A demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, with excellent communication skills
