YOLO Recruitment are looking for a motivated and driven Sales Executive to join our client’s team at their Dealership in Berkshire.
They are looking for a top-performing individual to join the sales team, an individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and who is target-driven. You will be able to identify the right requirements for the customer and present to them solutions based on the range of vehicles that they offer.
• You will have strong prospecting skills in a business-to-business environment.
• You’re driven to succeed and achieve your targets
• You want to add value and be recognised for what you bring to the team
• You want to achieve your own goals and those of the department
• Great at researching an assigned area to identify new business opportunities for retail customers and small/medium businesses
• A pro-active attitude towards understanding your defined area
• Ability to conclude sales contracts and make any required amendments
• Strong organisation skills and able to manage orders on hand and supervise order processing
• Customer database management
• Promote current sales campaigns
• Focus and ability to achieve and exceed individual sales targets
• Great at selling after sales care, including service care packages
• Responsibility for the showroom and forecourt
• Regularly recording customer satisfaction and initiating relevant measures
A full, clean UK Driving License is essential for this role.
As a Sales Executive, you will :
• Sell maximum number of vehicles possible
• Achieve maximum profitability on sales
• Ensure highest degree of customer satisfaction to achieve customer loyalty
• Ensure customer awareness of options, accessories, extended warranty and finance facilities
• Help retailer to achieve industry-leading standards of customer care and process efficiency
The hours for this Car Sales Executive / Vehicle Sales Executive / Commercial Sales Executive role are Monday to Friday 8.00 – 6.00. NO WEEKENDS!
