We are looking for a band 5 RN who is committed, motivated and able to adapt to changing situations.
You will be working within a small team who are passionate about the delivery of care to a high standard, promoting patient flow within the hospital and ensuring patients are discharged in a safe and dignified manner.
The Discharge Lounge hours of working are 8am-6.30pm but you will need to be flexible in working outside these times as the service requires. The Discharge Lounge will be looking at moving towards a 7 day service.
Knowledge of the discharge process is an advantage but not essential as support will be given.
