GI Group are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced lead packer to join our team in Trafford Park.


Location: Trafford Park
Rate: £13 per hour
Hours: Monday - Friday, 6am - 2pm and 10pm - 6am

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of packers in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Ensure all packing tasks are completed efficiently and accurately
- Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a packing or warehouse role
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
