We are looking for support worker to join our team in West Shrewsbury, supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism and
mental health needs. We assist four services and our supported people enjoy a wealth of activities from chats, board games, walks,
shopping, swimming and the gym. One young person enjoys keeping busy with work, volunteering and social activities that include
slimming clubs, swimming, local disco and church. This is an opportunity to work within a diverse team and enhancing the lives of
our supported people.

This vacancy is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking for a new challenge working in a person-centred positive

About You:

Essential Requirements:

* Level three diploma in Health and Social Care
* Previous experience in a supervisory role
* Driver with UK manual licence and own vehicle.
* Previous experience working with Positive Behaviour support
* Experience of working with people with Learning disabilities and Autism
* Need to be flexible
* Good communication skills
* Good IT knowledge/skills/systems
* Team worker and be able to work alone
* Able to work shifts as well as manage their admin
* Organised
