On completion of the Apprenticeship you will achieve the L2 Finance Assistant Apprenticeship
Role is primarily Monday - Friday but will require support sometimes on weekends if events are taking place

Duties:
- Form productive relationships with the operational teams, to help embed a stronger commercial focus.
- Support managers with weekly and monthly closing of unit books, including stock, labour, and sales.
- Input unit sales onto Nexus.
- Process unit transfers.
- Input unit daily sales onto teams sales tracker.
- Reconcile voids against Symphony.
- Produce client billing and client documentation and manage debt collection.
- Support the forecasting and budget process.
- Process vehicle mileage logs.
- Maintain the site kitbag pricing matrix.
- Maintain correct till pricing according to pricing kitbag.
- Support with the monthly closing of books, including R&A.
- Maintain a purchase ledger.
- Produce WTS report.
- Produce financial slides for management meetings.
- Track and log unit average spends and transactions.
- Produce weekly wastage reports.
- Produce product sales reports as required.
- Maintain the debt report log.
- Support units in operating in a compliant way according to profit protection guidelines.
- Prepare units for profit protection audits.
- Support managers in identifying and investigating unit stock issues.
- Carry out independent unit safe checks.
- Customer service focused.
- Can work as a team but also willing to act on their own initiative.
- Ability to work under pressed whilst maintaining a positive attitude.
- Attention to detail.
- Always represent the Company in a positive manner.
- All company / client policies and procedures to be adhered to at all times.
- To complete all company assigned e-learning within set timeframes.
- Be prepared to attend all relevant training sessions and meetings.
- Be prepared to assist colleagues in a willing and positive manner, including assisting with other duties in other units as required.
