Role Overview:
As a Nursing Associate at Komplex Care, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality patient care within a community school setting and home care environments. Your primary responsibilities will include assessing patient health needs, developing tailored nursing care plans, and ensuring the highest standards of care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate the activities of Komplex Care assistants within the school, working closely with the Operational Manager and Clinical Nurse Manager to oversee the package of care.
• Manage rota schedules and address the training needs of staff to ensure the provision of safe and effective care.
• Collaborate with school personnel and community nurses to support Komplex Care clients attending the school.
• Participate in clinical audits and maintain accurate documentation and communication.
Qualifications:
• NMC registration as a Nursing Associate
• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• A commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centred care
