Job Advert
We are looking for an experienced part time Trainer to join our People team on a 12 month fixed term contract. This will be for 30
hours per week, spread across 4 or 5 days. If working the shorter week option, Monday and Friday are anchor days.
You will be based in the Bolton office 3 days a week to help delivery face to face training.
You will be responsible for:
* Building and delivery of crucial learning for the business including the development, implementation, execution and
coordination of all learning and development working with our Sales Training Partner.
* Designing and delivering inspiring Corporate and Local Onboarding.
* Regularly monitor the success and reporting to improve the high-quality standards.
* Designing and delivering inspiring, engaging training to our Sales, Academy and Management team, Soft Skills development,
manage e-learning and Early Career Talent programmes across the Group.
You will need:
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect and build relationships quickly.
* Team player with a strong desire to be an active part of the Sales Division, HR Team and Group overall.
* Passionate about helping others learn and grow.
* Substantial training experience in a fast paced professional services, entrepreneurial environment.
* Excellent interpersonal and individual communication skills. Ability to build positive relationships with people from different
cultures and backgrounds and work collaboratively with colleagues.
* Ability to work under pressure, managing competing priorities and tight deadlines. Prepared to accept responsibility for
decisions and actions in this stand alone role.
* Relevant experience in a dynamic environment creating and delivering group and individual training and learning interventions.
* Confidence as well as very good communication, presentation, and moderation skills.
* Clear understanding of the development and achievement of a learning culture.
* Knowledge of the use of blended learning. Comfortable working autonomously and as part of a team
* A working knowledge of all Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
* Full clean driving license, own car and ability to travel are essential requirements.
