As a Trainer at Eagle Platforms Ltd you will be a key member of our specialised training division delivering high quality training courses to all our customers.

Another fantastic career opportunity has arisen at Eagle Platforms Ltd for an experienced Trainer to join our already successful training business on a full-time basis.
As a training company we provide varying courses to include IPAF, PASMA we also specific training courses such as Working at Height, First-Aid at work, Manual Handling, Traffic Marshall, Fire Marshall, Avoiding Underground Services, and Confined Space training to name a few. It would be our aim to provide you with further training in these areas so that you can become a fully trained member of our team and be able to deliver more of our courses alongside your skillset. The maximum amount of pay will dependant on the experience that you will bring to the company.

The salary for this role is negotiable and dependent on your training experience and the skill set that you bring to the business.
Responsibilities:
· Ensure all courses are carried out to the criteria required by external awarding bodies.
· Responsible for providing training at the required standards of the business and external bodies.
· Prepare and deliver training as required.
· Assist with any formal audits / verification as required.
· Assist with planning and arrangements as required.
· Undertake training assessments and complete documentation, within the relevant service level agreement.
· Maintain up to date and easily accessible training records.
· Compile and complete a record demonstrating a minimum of 30 hours Continuing Professional Development.
· Complete, store and handle all paperwork in line with GDPR requirements.
· Identify and promote best practice in training / assessment delivery. Proactively pursue opportunities for improvement and implement appropriate changes, securing relevant approvals and authority.
· To train and assess in accordance with Awarding Organisation standards and assist with other training and development activities as and when required.

Qualifications and skills that are required for this role:
• IPAF / PASMA Instructor Qualification
• PTTLS Level 3 / Award in Education and Training (A MUST)
• Driving Licence (A MUST)
• Excellent communication skills (A MUST)
• Excellent IT skills (A MUST)
• Flexible with travel
• Excellent presentation skills (A MUST)
• Ability to be smartly dressed and punctual (A MUST)
