Site Manager required for a bespoke residential house build in Shrewsbury.
The ideal candidate will be experienced with high end construction, but all levels of experience would be considered. This person will be based on-site for the duration of the project which has a preliminary project length of 2.5 years but may also be required to attend off-site meetings as required. The ability to confidently read, understand and implement structural and architectural details is essential. Along with valid SMSTS and First Aid.
Salary will be dependent on experience, but a suitable package will be put together for the right person.
This is a unique opportunity to be involved with a very special build and garner some amazing experience along the way.
