You should also have excellent communication skills and be committed to providing high quality care to our patients. This post will predominantly be covering the East of the patch, which includes Burton, Tamworth, Lichfield and surrounding areas. However the team as a whole provides input to people across South Staffordshire, working out of team bases across the Trust, as well as peoples homes, GP surgeries, other public settings, and inpatient settings. Therefore, the successful applicant must be willing to travel across the geographical area where required. Flexible working patterns may be able to be accommodated, please get in touch to discuss if this is the case.
