Tasks required by this job includes:
• Address consumer grievances and offer appropriate rebuttals and solutions in a timely manner.
• Verifying if the service is available.
• Deal with any serious issues, such a sick customer or security threats.
• You can contact customers in person, over the phone, by email, or by letter.
• Creating objectives for client satisfaction and communicating with the team frequently to meet those objectives.
• Address issues about compensation and refunds.
• Oversee and command a customer support group.
• Employees ought to receive training on providing top-notch customer service.
• Manage a high number of incoming calls.
• Maintain tabs on client accounts, payments, and customer interactions.
• Help and support the current management group and staff as much as you can.
