Location: Base to be determined with successful candidate but travel across all TEC Partnership sites will be required.

About the role
This role is to lead on NETs delivery of Skills Bootcamps and Commercial training, working with local, regional and national employers of any size and civic and community stakeholders. This role will be varied, and each day will provide new opportunities to grow and develop agile projects. You will work closely with our Regional Employment Managers, the wider NET team, Modal and Transafe Training and the wider TEC Partnership teams providing high quality, agile, bespoke training. The role will have responsibility for a regional and national Skills Bootcamp allocation, commercial income and the management of externally funded projects.
About the person
The successful candidate will ideally have experience managing projects in particular Skills Bootcamps and commercial training. The successful candidate will have a Level 3 Management qualification and experience within a teaching role is desirable. Knowledge of external funding, audit and compliance is essential. The role will require frequent travel.
