Crynodeb
The Main Duties of the post:
• To carry out Building Maintenance works to Council Buildings; Schools; Civic
Buildings; Office Buildings; Celtic Leisure Facilities.
• Working as part of a team or independently.
• Responsible for all aspects of one’s Primary Trade of Heating Fitter/Plumber &
any other trade works within one’s own knowledge, skillset & understanding as
& when required.
• You will be required to carry out Heating Fitter/Plumber work as instructed by
the Mechanical Supervisors/Engineer (including Gas related pipework).
You will have experience:
• Working within the Building Construction Industry.
• Previous maintenance experience.
• Understanding of the work and customer expectations with respect to Building
Services.
• Previous installation, maintenance, and servicing experience
• The post requires the successful applicant to be a fully qualified Heating
Fitter/Plumber. (e.g. City and Guilds or NVQ level 3).
